KaNoe Cantiberos
CEO/President
KaNoe was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai’i, in the beautiful town of Kealakekua. She has been investing in real estate for over 20 years.
At the age of 21, she acquired her first residential rental property and has been on an investment trajectory, since.
KaNoe has had a career in law since 2004 and is the Owner/Founder of multiple businesses in Hawai’i. She is an active volunteer and member of various organizations, throughout the country.
She is well versed in her Hawaiian culture and lives to perpetuate the aloha spirit in all that she endeavors.
Regardless the venture, KaNoe will continue to represent her core values of integrity, attentiveness and compassion.
Kawika Saunders
Vice President
Kawika, born on the coffee farms of Honaunau, has been investing in real estate for over 10 years.
He has personally owned rental properties on the Big Island, as well as in California.
Kawika is a multi-business owner who’s companies focus on cultivation and sustainability.
He’s a firm believer in the practice of patience, accountability and loyalty.
